Monthly billing renews on your signup date. Visit passes reset each calendar month. Your first basket is dispatched at the start of the month after joining, while your paid membership remains active.

You can create a free club account on My Account. If paid signup is not yet available, contact us on WhatsApp for Premium or Elite membership enquiries. Everyone using the club and its products must be 18 or older.

₿₿ is the symbol for Berg Buds. Berg Buds are little, digital buds in your Berg Wallet. 1 Berg Bud is currently worth R1 ZAR (1₿₿ = R1 ZAR) towards product orders on this website. Existing wallet balances keep exactly the same value. Fractions of a coin are supported to two decimal places. Navigation balances continue to show the rand value.

Earn 5% of each completed product order back in your Berg Wallet as Berg Buds. A R500 order earns 25 Berg Buds (25₿₿), currently worth R25. The reward is calculated on the final order total after discounts, including tax and delivery charged. Wallet top-ups, membership payments and monthly basket benefits do not earn purchase rewards.

Refunds and cancellations reverse the related purchase reward. Partial refunds reduce it proportionally. If you have already spent that reward, the adjustment can leave your wallet below zero; future credits or top-ups first restore that balance.

Our vision is a fast, decentralized alternative payment solution for the cannabis industry, with simpler transfers, greater convenience and discretion, and the goal of reducing bank charges, transfer costs and card fees. Berg Buds currently exist as credit in your club account. Blockchain withdrawals and exchange trading are not available. Any future token launch or claim programme would be a separate release with its own confirmed arrangements; your current wallet does not promise a blockchain token or exchange listing.

Open My Account, choose Berg Wallet and Wallet topup, and enter the amount in rands. At secure checkout, choose the available crypto payment option and follow the provider’s instructions. Your wallet is credited only after successful payment confirmation.

The supported assets and wallets are shown by the payment provider at checkout. Use the exact asset, network and amount requested by that checkout; do not send funds to an address supplied elsewhere.

Your wallet holds Berg Buds at a fixed store-credit value of 1 Berg Bud = R1. If you pay a R100 top-up using crypto, 100 Berg Buds are credited after confirmation. Crypto exchange-rate changes do not change your Berg Buds balance.

Berg Wallet credit is for product orders. It does not pay Premium or Elite membership fees or create an automatic recurring crypto payment.

You can choose an anonymous display name for your club account, use a secret e-mail address, and use crypto to pay for your order. This is as private and discreet as we can make it.

Choose the available locker delivery option at checkout, or arrange it with us before ordering. Plain outer packaging helps keep your purchase discreet. The courier still needs accurate recipient and contact details to provide the collection code.

Premium includes up to 2 friends with each of its 2 monthly day passes. Elite includes up to 3 friends with each of its 5 monthly day passes. All guests must be 18 or older and included in your confirmed visit arrangements.

Our Central Drakensberg setting includes hiking trails, rivers, swimming spots and open green fields. Contact us to confirm the arrangements for your day, including any picnic provisions. No pets allowed.

The Monthly Berg Picnic Basket is included with active Premium and Elite memberships. It is not included with free membership. Anyone may preview the basket page; saving a selection requires a paid membership.

Basket selections receive 20% off regular retail prices. Your total after this discount may be up to R420 for Premium or R1,200 for Elite—equivalent to R525 or R1,500 at regular retail prices. The discount applies to your membership basket only.

Choose Pick my favourites to save your products and quantities. We repeat that selection each month until you change it. Choose Surprise Me! for a fresh random combination of eligible available products within your allowance.

Prices and availability are checked when a basket is prepared. A selection that is unavailable or above your allowance is held for review rather than automatically substituted or charged extra. Unused allowance becomes Berg Buds at 1 Berg Bud per R1 when your monthly basket is dispatched. This credit never expires and can be applied to product orders at checkout, excluding membership fees.

We use The Courier Guy’s PUDO service with discreet, unlabelled packaging. Choose the available delivery option at checkout and check your delivery details before confirming your order.

Creams, massage oil and gel are available in 30ml and 50ml options. Our listed tinctures are 10ml. Bud is available in 3g, 6g, 10g and 20g packs. Select the available pack size on the individual product page.

Mix both Sandy’s cookie flavours: 1 cookie costs R50, 2 cost R95 and 3 cost R135. Each cookie after the third costs R45. Your cart adjusts the price automatically across both flavours.
